dear eebv12don’t panic. make an appointment with your gastrointestinal doctor to get a colonoscopy and to check for diverticulitis. talk to he/she about the possibility of ibs. i’ve had the constipation with bloodclots, too, but that bleeding was caused by hemorrhoids. the clots were probably blood combined with mucus. i did have colon cancer 8 years ago, but my symptom was the inability to go to the bathroom. after my surgery, i developed the problems you are having now. i am lactose intolerant but often ignore it because i enjoy dairy products and then have terrible stomach pain afterwards. one of my doctors said that it could be ibs because part of my rectum was removed where a tumor was. am not suggesting that you have cancer but that you may have another problem. internet research can be helpful but also inaccurate, a colonoscopy really should be the starting place. i’ve never made a connection with bowel problems and an eating disorder but that is concern enough to discuss with your doctor. if i have written too much, forgive me. i do understand colon problems big time and have had to learn how to care for myself better both physically and mentally after surviving cancer. take care. i will pray for you!

Thank you very much for replying I already have I.B.S and it has not caused this before I am contacting my doctor again tomorrow and requesting for a colonoscopy, I'm just scared because I have children to think about too and it's going from black constipation to water poo all in the same bowl movement and its got lumps of food in it too and all of the above I have never had before and bareing in mind I normally poo once maybe twice a week and I've had four poos in less than 3 days! Every time I eat my guts are going mad and lots of pain and noises I'm scared 😫.
