Do I have Colon Cancer? Loose watery stool with occasional pink blood on toilet paper.

Im a 31 year old male who has been having inconsistent BM for a year I'd say. I did a lot of heavy drinking in my 20s and am an alcoholic. I have been seeing someone for this substance abuse off and on since. Because of my heavy drinking and an early back surgery at 20 yrs old I went from 165 lb to 200. Lost about 40 lbs, but have now gained about 30 lbs back during COVID. I am over weight currently. Most of my bowel movements have consisted of small flakey poops, with liquid as well (I'm guessing from beer). I've had small pink spotting on the toilet paper from time to time on the outside of the anus. I still have a good amount of energy and am trying to change my diet and cut back on the beer. I use the restroom about 4 - 6 times a day with small amount of poop coming out. I've been worried for months now, but finally had the courage yesterday to set out to find a doctor and will call them Monday to get check out. I'm very anxious and will push for a colonoscopy. I've been looking to see how long each stage takes to develop but haven't found anything concrete. Thanks for reading
