Could it be colon cancer?

This part of my stool had some red spots . Curious as what could of caused this . No blood in water just this part

Hey! I honestly don't see any red spots, however it could easily just be some pieces of undigested food in your stool. I frequently mistake small pieces of carrot in my stool as red specks and occasionally I scare myself thinking it's blood. If your really nervous you may have to check your stool with a utensil or other tool. Blood in stool will have the same properties as other blood so it would smear when you touch it and would stain toilet paper. Hope this helps a little.
