Pain in my upper an lower belly since April

I did my Conocapy test an it comes back normal, the doctor say only thing he see is that my colon have more bends than normal so the food proces take longer to expel my colon so it tend to dry out more so I need to eat more fiber, but that dont solves my problem because i already chang my diet an eating a lot of fiber an yet I still feeling the pain so my next step is I'll have to see a professional gastroenterologist so he probably can help me out
