after having poop i am having backpain and weakness in my body what does it refer?

recently i am diagnosed with ibs based on my symptoms yesterday i had watermelon juice and today morning i did not have red stools but afternoon i started having green stools with a tint of red particles in it . but totally it is coated green can you please help me and i am having back pain and weak ness taking daily two antibioitics for recovery please reply anyone

You didn't mention what the antibiotics are taking are for - but if you are currently being treated for an infection of some kind, that is the first place to start as far as talking to a medical professional - speak to the doctor that is overseeing your care for your current health condition.
