hi im 39 yrs old, married with two kids.in my case, i started having problem with my throat ( im a singer somewhere here in Brazil) started ta have a bad breath which is im not used to, i really dont like it. Followed by constipation, its a big changes on my daily routine. I can only poop 3 to 4 times a week , started gaining weight. Then follwed by abdominal pain, i got scared so i decided to stop eating and do vegetable juicing for 18 days, but nothing happened. I heard that fasting is good so I decided not to drink any vegetables or fruit juices but only water and i made it for 12 days,but, i still decided to go to the gastro cuase i can still feel pain but not as painful as before the fasting, and felt it once in a while. Got my blood test, abdomen ultrasound, and urinalysis. And, im going back to the doctor to show all the results on 29 .My new concern now is, theres blood on my stool this morning thesame as what you posted here. It worries me. What makes me happy now is, i loose 14 kilos, from 62 to 48 (fasting effect) which is below my ideal weight so now, i need to raise my weigjt at least to 55 kg to match with my height. thanks and i will be posting the results next time.

Thank you for posting and I'm sorry to read what you are going through.

I am glad to hear that you are getting test done and seeing a gastroenterologist. It is important to be sure to tell them about all of the recent changes you've made to your diet. We recommend keeping a journal of what you eat, exercise, etc. and how that impacts your bowel habits.
