Can anyone please help me diagnosed my symptoms:

There's clot of blood in my stool and i feel nausea, fatigue and cramps and back pains. I can't afford to see a doctor, and i'm hiding this from my parents, hoping it will go away without treatment. What should i do?

There are many possible reasons for the symptoms you are experiencing, many of which are chronic conditions. However, the only way to know for sure what is going on, and to rule out colorectal cancer, is to get checked out by a medical professional, most likely a specialist.

I would encourage you to speak to your parents. Can you share the reason that you don't want to tell them?

Also, depending on where you are in the world, there may be resources available regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
