Bowel problems

Try and be short and sweet iv had bowel problems for years constipation diareah on and off sometimes in the same day belly pain 2 months ago I had alot not just a little alot of blood from my back passage with big clots

Went to the doctor had blood tests and stool sample came back I had low folates low iron and a very high ph of 59 for my stool

I'm waiting for a coloscomy(camera up back passage ) but its 2 months away

Bleeding has seemed to have stopped but still having loose stools then not being able to go feels like I cant completely empty bowels and not hungry very tired and when I do eat I get sharp pains all over my belly

Anyone any ideas ? X

Still not had it haha there not classing me as an emergency so musnt be bad x

What why? Did you have stool test also known as a fit test ? No blood I stool is good.
