*graphic photo** what does this mean? Help!

Hi all I am new here. To start I already have an appointment with my GP however i sometimes get these stools and not sure what’s the cause of this. Wondering if anyone as something similar to this and what it turned out to be for you. So sorry for the graphic image just hoping to get some peace of mind while I wait for my appointment with my GP. I am pretty worried that the cause is something bigger. My only symptoms are on off loose stools and sometimes only going a small amount. If anyone could give some feedback it’s appreciated.

I too get stools like this. Also with occasional bubbles that float up from the stool. Hoping someone who had had this and got answers and give some feedback.
