Thoughts on mind/body therapies?

Have you ever incorporated mind/body therapies into your treatment? If yes, which methods have you used? Did it improve your health, whether mental or physical?

Hi Melissa, Since I have been "dealing" with Colon Cancer since 2010 (left hemicolectomy, 2012 liver resection, 2014 subtotal colectomy) - having switched to a vegan diet in 2011, taking supplements and living as "clean" as I can - I am constantly searching for ways to improve my immune system...(and to remain in my now 3 year window of remission)

I am currently reading a very interesting book, a New York Times bestseller, that in part explores the mind/body influence on your health:

RADICAL REMISSION, surviving cancer against all odds - by Kelly A. Turner, Ph.D.

If nothing else, it will confirm your own thoughts on the way you would like to manage your well being...
