Chilblains

I suffer from chilblains a lot and my chiropodist said it,s due to my very cold feet all the time which always feel warm to me so i don’t notice. He advised moisturiser or similar and thick socks. Anyone else suffer from this.?

Hello, yes I,m told some of us do suffer from this. My feet and toes are often purple and freezing cold but feel very hot to me until i touch them and they are blocks of ice. Keep them moisturised and well wrapped up.
