Hi everyone, I’m having problems receiving emails. I’ve looked in my junk box and they are all there ? 144 of them can any one help thank you Ros

Just move one of the HU notification emails into your email inbox or find a way to tell your email application that those emails aren't junk mail, and you should be right.
