Thirsty when tired..does anyone else notice they're very thirsty on bad fatigue days ..
when did you last have an appointment with your doctor? You may need to get on treatment. But either way you have to drink lots of water everyday! It is the upmost thing that you can do to help your self. Good luck, Anna
Have you had a GP check you for other issues? Extreme thirst can be an indicator of diabetes.
I can only speak for myself. I go to the gym and get on the treadmill for 30 min or I go outside and take a walk. I try to get my heart rate up . It’s the only thing that has helped my anxiety and insomnia .
In terms of other people experiencing this, one of my nagging annoyances is a dry mouth. Maybe related the thirst you experince? So many nagging little annoyances! Yes, I'm getting older but all these little symptoms are not normal in the healthy population.
Do you drink lots of coffee? I get a dry mouth after three cups 😄. But then drinking more water fixes the problem. And it flushes the kidneys too 🤓.
I eventually managed to connect my extreme thirst (feeling thirsty even while my mouth was still wet from drinking a pint of water) to dairy consumption. I now try to limit my lactose intake when at home and I have found that helps. I am NOT lactose intolerant as such - that is a specific and serious thing, but, especially on some days, I do seem to get a bit of an allergic reaction to dairy products - perhaps that is an avenue worth your exploring?
Dry mouth can be caused by the drugs we take, same with dry eye. I take a water tablet which causes dry mouth and it was so bad just before last Christmas that it caused an infection in my salivary gland, had to have antibiotics and was then recommended to suck a boiled lemon drop, sugar free, sweet. You can also buy tablets that dissolve on the tongue for the same reason, to relieve the dry mouth feeling.
Furosemide - for fluid retention. I am actually a heart patient but visit this forum for my husband who has CLL. So together with that drug and a couple of others I am plagued with dry mouth and dry eyes but the dry mouth was more noticeable when I started the Furosemide.
Please G0 and see yr family Dr.
Essential you are checked for sugar levels.
Empirically, what colour is your urine?
Urine orange and thirsty ... perhaps you need to drink more water.
Clear urine and thirsty... check for blood sugar.
Other causes exist.
Don't guess. Get checked.
When you do ... take a fresh urine sample with you.

Hi there, I'm so with you on this as I am also suffering with fatigue and anxiety.I wake up in the morning feeling sedated and drag myself to work.
My numbers also don't require treatment either. Blood work all checked no explanation for fatigue
My anxiety comes when I am at happiest which so weird as never suffered before,
2 years since diagnosis and the only thing I force myself to do lot of walking and always come home wrecked as though I climbed a mountain.
But seems to work for my anxiety keeping me a little calmer.
My own thoughts not from doctor is its PSTD from the news of having CLL.
Because I was never anxious before!! I hope this helps your not the only one out there😎
It maybe worth getting checked for your minerals, for example magnesium, and vitamin B12 could be your symptoms. But got to your doctor to get that checked.
