My apologies if this has been answered and I couldn't find in pinned posts or history.
I have an old one that I downloaded from here at the beginning but it stopped working. I don't have the brain capacity to create my own right now. 🙃
I need to record & update my CBC results for a specialist review. I use google docs at home, but if someone has an Excel version instead that would be equally awesome.
Thanks for any help.

I provide support for the blood test tracking spreadsheet that was available for download from the CLL Support UK website prior to the upgrade in late 2019. I'll be interested in why it stopped working. The spreadsheet provided by CLL Society and the version you have, were both derived from one provided by Chaya Venkat's CLL Topics/Updates website.
I do believe that you are right about that, now that I think about it. I do remember they were in the process of shutting it down.
Sorry, about the wrong direction PD.
I wish they'd do a refresh with some sort of a converter calculator that could smooth out the different measurements, so discussions weren't apples and oranges. My copy stopped automatically filling ANC /ALC so I do it manual now.
Thank you Neil. I will take another look. The one I have operates on LibreOffice. I noticed that there is a later version, so I need to go back. I must admit I've not been very diligent in keeping track because my bloods say so little.
It could be operator error of course. I edited all the ranges to match the local lab/provincial standards. I can enter data however the charts showing showing line progression look like they're tripping the light fandango, they loop back on themselves.
Edit: Definitely operator muppetary. A rogue date entry.
I think the problem many of us come up agains is that the initial sheet requires insertion of more rows at some point, and if we don't do that carefully, the formulas can break.
Here’s a link to the Complete Blood Count (CBC) tracker file (n tracks more data if you want to) that I’ve used for years. Very simple to use, has cool linked graphs of key CLL CBC results, and much more.
Found this CBC tracker spreadsheet thru this great forum suggestions shortly after dx w/CLL in 2020. I compare it with my CLL doc’s tracker spreadsheet n he likes mine better, lol. Not bragging, just saying that this one that was developed is awesome for CLLers interested in tracking their journey’s bloodwork tests. You can also easily add other sheets of specific data you want to track as for examples; vaccinations you’ve had, medications you take, history of procedures/surgeries/treatments you’ve had, lipid panel tests results (cholesterol results, if you get those tests) or other ones you’d like to track.
Having this file comes in handy when you get a new doc n they have you fill out the infamous (n typically long) “your past medical history”.
This file is not a Google doc you asked for (sorry about that!) but yes it is an Excel based spreadsheet file that you’d need to have Microsoft Excel program to open it up. You did ask for Excel files too, so here ya go “It’s a beaut Clark!”… an old fav movie (Christmas Vacation) saying.
Good luck with finding a spreadsheet that you like!
In theory, If you upload the the CLL Society excel spreadsheet to your Google drive, you could then open it in Google drive and save it either as an Excel document or a Google sheets document. I have not tried this, so in practice, I do not know how well the functions in the Excel spreadsheet will work once it is opened in Google Sheets. It is worth trying, however.
