Hi Everyone first post as a new member. I am currently on one tablet of ibrutinib per day for 3 months. My 3 month ends on 27th of December. I then combine ibrutinib with Venetoclax for the remaining 15 months. Has anyone out there been on the same combination of tablets and could share their experience with me
Combined Medication : Hi Everyone first post as... - CLL Support
Combined Medication
I was on the Ibrutinib & Venetoclax combination and it successfully pushed my CLL into full remission (uMRD). Just make sure you keep very well hydrated on the Venetoclax ramp up. It’s a highly effective combination yielding excellent results in clinical trials.
Best wishes,

On a similar ride, been on zanubrutinib for three months, start Venetoclax on 12/21. So far so good, side effects negligible thus far.
Yes exactly the same. I've just started Venetoclax. No side effects hope the same for you.
Hi and welcome!I’m on a similar pathway to you of Ibrutinib started in September, followed by the addition of Venetoclax started beginning of December. So far so good, a few minor side effects, however the main effects have been positive, I’ve an increase in energy, feeling more with it and dramatic reduction in lymphocytes.
Best wishes
You should have 300mg/day allopurinol to reduce uric acid build up.
The total duration is 15 cycles, cycles are 4 weeks, total is 60 weeks. 3 cycles Ibrutinib, 1 cycle Ibrutinib + Venetoclax ramp up, 11 cycles Ibrutinib + Venetoclax.
I want the Zanubrutinib & Venetoclax combo too but can only tolerate 1/2 dose of Zanubrutinib at the moment🤔
