Haven't been on a while. Happy to say I've been off the Imbruvica for 9 months. In Remission. YEAH. HOWEVER, have really bad edema, now in both legs and thighs. Just got checked out to be sure I don't have blood clots. Thanks goodness NO to that. But has anyone heard about a "lymphedema clinic"? Apparently you go to this specialized clinic and they set you up with "pumps" that you take home and do yourself. Anyone heard of this? Does it work? My legs are so swollen with water.

There are clinics for a variety of health issues these days. I took my son to an asthma clinic and the medical personnel were very knowledgeable about what did and did not work for my son’s asthma.

After having my knees replaced, those pumps were pump on my legs in the hospital to help with circulation. I don’t see why one could not use them at home with some training.

How is your heart? I read somewhere that heart problems could manifest in a similar way

I'm 77 yrs. old. Had a stent put in one heart vein, due to shortness of breath. On blood thinners one year and then all ok. But thanks for sharing.
