High IGM Low IGA and Low IGG

In my recent blood test showed low iron, excessively high IGM 1127, IGA 14, lGG 674I takeTylenol at least 4/5 times in a week because of either a back pain or headache during the night. At present l can feel lymph nodes in my neck, having on off night sweats and low energy.Liver test showed ok. Dr. more concerned with high IGM which she has stated l have to have a BMB in order for her rule out other medical issues.

I am concerned as well

I will schedule for BMB and hope and pray this high IGM is related to the CLL

Symptoms look like a possible fit for Waldenstroms macroglobulinemia, it's quite rare, but your hematologist should pick it up from your BMB.

Thank you for your reply l will look this upYes I am on board with having BMB done as l have not received a appointment from that department. Will definitely post update and results!!
