I am incredibly thankful for the LLS CoPay assistance! I would have to choose between insurance or food without it. The first of every year is always financially stressful for me because I have to make that $225.00 Medicare Co-Pay out of pocket. But I don't think the LLS program helps with this part. My Medigap policy doesn't cover it either.
Unless I am mistaken?

I am new to Medicare and cannot answer you question, but I do want to note the following. While on private insurance and I needed treatment, Genentech offered copay assistance for Venetoclax and I only paid $5 per month. There was no financial threshold - they just paid it.
I just received a letter stating that I am no longer eligible for that assistance since I am now on Medicare. I have been off Venetoclax for more than a year, but it is ridiculous that Medicare does not allow you to receive this kind of help. I do worry about the cost of future treatment even with a good pharmacy plan.
LLS CoPay Assistance reimburses me for my Medicare B and my Medigap premiums. I am not in treatment yet so when that starts I assume moneys for my premiums will instead apply to treatment.
