paxlovid interactions-statins, thinners

I was prescribed statins and eloquis both mentioned in this article as contraindicated for Paxlovid. But i did not take them for other reasons. I am getting C scan in Nov. to see if i should take a vacation from acalabrutinib in which case an urgently required trip to Estonia overseas might be doable as then if i get infected Paxlovid would be OK.
