I tested positive for Covid on Sunday, started Paxlovid on Monday. Terrible itching today.I want to add that I'm on Calquence too and now have exzema.
Has anyone else experienced terrible itching once you started Paxlovid?

Best you seek medical advice to determine what is causing your itchy skin and what to do about it.
Because one of the Paxlovid components is a strong liver enzyme inhibitor, other drugs, like Calquence, that rely on the inhibited enzyme (CYP3A4 ) for clearance should have their dosing re-assessed while the person is taking Paxlovid. Usually, Calquence is stopped while Paxlovid is taken and restarted about three days after the last dose of Paxlovid.
If you're taking both, that could explain your itch. However, you should seek medical advice to be sure. The Australian product information for Paxlovid tells people to call their doctor straight away if they have any "signs and/or symptoms of an allergic reaction, including rash, itch, development of hives, swelling of the face (or of the tongue, lips, eyes, throat), feeling breathless, light-headed or dizzy, and feeling unwell."

I hope you have a better time of it when you get the itch sorted.
