I had my 5th jab last week, I always produced antibodies but surprisingly after some discussion with my doc I additionally will get Evusheld on Tuesday next week. I am of course happy about a double protection but I have booked a ski tour in the Alps on Wednesday. This will be quite demanding in high altitude between 3000 and 4000 m.
I learned that I don't have to expect side effects with Evusheld.
Do you think strenuous sport will cause any problem that short after an Evusheld injection?
Best regards

I have had the Evusheld shots ( there were two of them) and the nurse had me wait about an hour to make sure I didn't have a reaction. (I didn't) and felt fine afterward. I'm not a doctor though. Maybe a quick call to yours would put your mind at ease. I haven't heard of any precautions that are needed, but it's always good to check.
I'd be tempted to delay the shot until after your ski tour - exercise at 3000-4000m is quite a demand on anyone's body (I speak as an ex ski instructor), even for someone fit - which I know you will be, to even be planning this! A great many health professionals would have no experience of the effects of this type of altitude.
