Replacement of Ibrutinib with other medicines in case of no effect in patients with CLL?

Hi,

My brother has been taking Ibrutinib for more than 1 year but his lymph nodes in his stomach have gotten bigger now while he was taking Ibrutinib. It seems that CLL has returned despite Ibrutinib. I wonder if anyone else has the same experience and received other medicine.

Most of the USA CLL expert doctors would likely try Venetoclax / Venclexta next - often combined with or proceeded by 3 infusions of Obinutuzumab /Gazyva
