Yes, been on a clinical trial for just over two years. It has certainly been effective for me and no significant side effects - was there anything specific you wanted to know?

Thank you! My concern is the side effects of diarrhea and constipation. I was on Acalabrutnib for a few months but the fatigue and muscle weakness were too bad to continue. Zanbrutnib will probably be my next line of treatment. Thank you!

Haven't experienced either of those - although, of course, everyone is affected in different ways. The only recurrent side effect I have had is a tendency to bruise very easily - but it hasn't been a serious problem.

for me there’s much less side effects than Calquence or Ibrutinib
