Enlarged lymph nodes in right glute
Hi Laidoroty,
-
We have several hundred lymph nodes - see
google.com/search?q=lymph+n...
&
masterfile.com/search/en/fu...
usually lymph nodes from CLL enlarge in clusters or groups. Someone that is medically trained would be able to advise whether the location of your enlarged nodes are normal or unusual.

If a single node or lump continues to grow especially if you have other symptoms you may want to seek urgent attention as that may be caused by another cancer. Those other cancers may require very different early treatment vs. a CLL diagnosis.

Your question sent me looking and this link suggests an MRI can help sort a gluteal enlarged node and it also states possibilities for the enlargement.
There are quite a few possibilities for cause, however, so it is the only possibility as you will see. Depending on your situation, your Dr., may want to investigate further, or may have experience that gives the answer in your situation. CLL is a lymphoproliferative disease, so it is possible it is the cause. There could be some sorting to do if it is giving you problems, so ask your Dr.
