Second vaccination following Venclexta

I am fully vaccinated and will conclude my two-year program on Venclexta in a few weeks.

I have not had the antibody test, but suspect I have a limited number acquired, given my CLL history.

What I’m wondering is if there is any evidence of increased efficacy when given a second round of the Covid vaccine once my Venclexta treatment has concluded?

I received the Pfizer (both doses) in January and February. I intend to ask my oncologist also, but there seems to be little history as yet for reference.
