... enhanced after Astrazeneca vaccine.

I heard a snippet on the radio this morning. It's a mystery as to why in this study AZ stimulated a significantly stronger T cell response, compared with Pfizer. I'm mildly encouraged, having booked my second shot of AZ for next week.

They use different way of getting the piece of the spike in to active the immune system

Pfizer is an mRNA vaccine - RNA vaccines use only pathogen’s genetic code

The Oxford-AstraZeneca team used a modified version of a chimpanzee adenovirus, known as ChAdOx1

It is being said the the use of adenovirus which is also used in the J&J may be causing the clotting problems

Sure, I know there's a theory that one factor in the unusual blood-clot cases is the adenoviral DNA (there must be at least one rare cofactor or combination). But I'm not aware of any theory linking adenoviral DNA to enhanced T cell response - are you?
