Hi Mackie. Everyone is different but I was not fatigued on acalabrutinib. I was able to keep up with exercise, work full time and take a multiday hike in Portugal of about 15 miles per day.

However, I noted that previously your hemoglobin was 10.9. When I was off acala my hemoglobin dipped and I was exhausted. So my non-medical thinking is that while your your hemoglobin is still a bit low you are likely to experience times of fatigue, exhaustion and maybe some brain fog.

Also, some people feel better on acala with a little extra caffeine in their system. When my hemoglobin was low I also found that more protein made me feel better. Maybe just psychologically but it worked.

Hello Tommays56

Steak is one of the best ways to gain protein and blood iron. All of your cells are made of protein. Blessings.
