I'm not aware of any concerns about lymphocyte stimulation with those foods. See my reply to this post for what may be contraindicated:
I make a vegetable soup with kale/spinach almost every day (I love soup) and cannot see that it has affected my CLL. I don’t know about seeds. I hope this helps. HazelUK
I think a lot of "foods to avoid" tend to be very individual. Any food that's considered a part of a normal healthy diet should be OK, unless you see symptoms/lab results that say otherwise.Anything that doesn't have an ingredient list like whole food items you prepare, or any prepared items that don't contain a list full of chemical names, should be OK.
