Need advice to get off Mirapex!

After taking Mirapex for 10 years (now at .75mg) I am trying again to get off it as augmentation has become worse than my RLS. My doctor isn't helpful; he says just stop taking it! What protocols have been successful for others?

Thank you for not using abbreviations for drugs and conditions. I can't offer advice to you but just wanted to say I'm sure you'll get better responses after taking the trouble to spell out conditions and drug names. All the best to you.
