I recently advised of a potential suit against the manufacturer of Roundup, and mentioned one law firm with which I was planning to work. I will not longer do so, as their proposed Agreement is entirely unreasonable, and they have been entirely unresponsive to my outreach, both via email and phone. Therefore, I recommend NOT using selectjustice.com. * Instead, I have found a firm—non-hodgkinsettlement.com—w... proposed Agreement is simple and ethical, and whose lead attorney was immediately responsive to a proposed amendment of mine. * Lastly, while time may not be of the essence—as the selectjustic firm claimed (like a used car salesman?)—it most likely would be appropriate for those in the U.S. who might wish to partake of this matter to do so in a timely manner. * P.S. I stand ready to respond to all questions to which I might have answers.

It looks like the potential for suing based on one's disease is far greater than I initially thought. Hope this is of some value.
Have you had significant exposure to Round Up over your lifetime? Such as working in the landscaping industry? Or does the lawsuit apply if someone has used Roundup for their lawn?
I have talked to several law firms about this issue. They want RECEIPTS from RoundUp purchases and proof that I was exposed to 2,4-D working in the forest. I of course have never bought RoundUp, but where I lived ALL my neighbors used it freely on their yards, where I worked they used it on the grounds. I lived in an agricultural area with tons of RoundUp spraying, and they spray the sides of the roads routinely. I have always been aware of a lot of exposure to these chemicals throughout my life, but I can't prove that I bought it or was exposed to my neighbor's use.
Anyone know of a way to sue them without proof of use?
The law firm I’ve had contact hasn’t asked for any documentation, the understanding being that people wouldn’t ordinarily retain receipts from many years ago for something as seemingly innocuous as a weed killer. I’m astonished that these law firms would ask for them. Whose side are those morons on?
