Hi all. I'm currently on month two of maximum dosage of Venclexta (400mg) as well as prednisone and a couple anti-viral meds. I recently started to see small red dots, like a rash, around my shins and calves. The doc ran blood work today and it's not a low platelet issue which he originally thought. Has this happened to anyone? Thanks!

Sounds like petechiae if they are flat and under the skin. They form from small bleeds from capillaries. Given your platelet counts are fine, I wouldn't be concerned unless they get worse and show as bruising.
