A 2014 test-tube study found that Ellagic Acid (e,g., anardana, pomegranates, rose hips, strawberries and blackberries), EGCG (e.g., green tea) and Rosmarinic Acid (e.g., Rosemary) can work together to stop leukemia cells from proliferating. Here's the link:

Rosemary - another anti-leukemia spice!
Hi Howard,
This study is relevant to the human HL-60 promyelocytic leukemia cells, which is from the myeloid stem cell line, NOT the totally separate lymphoid stem cell line. Given this is an in vitro study, it's a long way separated from in vivo CLL success.

True. But notice that the three: EA, EGCG and RA work well *together*. Compare that with EGCG and Curcumin which interfere with each other.
Neil, I know you already take EGCG every day. Try adding in EA and RA every day. They can't hurt, and they could make the EGCG you take much more effective. EA can be found in the Indian spice anardana, in fresh strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries, in rose hips tea, in pomegranate juice and even in strawberry jam. Rosemary is a delicious spice and can be included in every dish your family cooks.
"They can't hurt", ignores possible drug interactions. I've been off green tea tablets for the same reason - potential interaction with trial drug medications...
