Just got my FISH results along with the Immunophenotypic results and I am trying to find good articles and publications that can better explain them.

Here are the results:

1. No evidence of trisomy 12 (+12)

2. No evidence o D13S319 (13q14.3)

3. No evidence of p53 (17p13)

4. No evidence of ATM (11q22.3) deletion

Percentage of abnormal cells :91% B-cells, small size cells. Viability 7AAD: 99%

-A monoclonal Kappa B-cell population co-expression CD5, CD11c and CD23 is present. There is a dim Kappa expression and dim CD20 expression. CD38 expression is not detected (<10%)

Blasts=<0.1%. T-cells (2.5%)

I tried to navigate the web for good articles explaining the results, but they all added to the confusion. Are there any good ones??? Thanks and have a happy holiday season.
