Almost 1 year on Ibrutinib and my blood pressure has been rising .... My Dr sent me to cardiologist for rutine no problems with afib but 14/8 from 11/7 .... Any thoughts '?

I'd say that sending you to a cardiologist is best practice, because as you can read in the linked article, BP is a side effect of Ibrutinib in 1-23%---so, getting it investigated and treated is important as early as it begins to show. (My opinion).
I hope you get it sorted. There are related posts of people who have been treated with meds, so, if you have a specific BP medications problem, and want to ask about it, you will most likely get some replies.
