Kimchi ?

I have CLL and take Imbruvica. Today I asked my hematologist if I can consume Kimchi and he said: Yes. (Kimchi contains beneficial bacteria which increasingly a considered vital for the gut-biom which in turn is increasingly observed as influential on the brain nervous system) . I buy Kimchi in the supermarket, put it into the food processor and grind it into a puree. When I make my vegetable with salmon puree, I add two spoons full of the Kimchi puree and that really boosts the taste. (Salmon is very recommend by many sources as multiply benefial for the cardio-vascular system and best protein source. A one pound can of "wild caught salmon" in the supermarket costs $ 3 and the more preferable red salmon costs $ 7 ). Nutrition is probably much more important then we assume, for the treatment of many conditions.
