HELP

I have pretty severe wounds on my head.. I had a mass which I regretfully popped and ever since then (7months ago) I've had them and they WONT HEAL. old what to do.. DO I cover them? What do i or don't i put on them? I've tried everything buy they seem to always end up right back to square 1 from being covered up& there for getting wet/ gooey again and not heal. I'm so fed up I've been so depressed I haven't left the house and I know that's not helping my health either. I'm in a dark place right now aNd I'm only 30.. Please Nyonr with real remedies... ANY that work or that I can try I will do anything at this point. Ps I have an appointment in 3 wks. But that's still 3wks so anything i can do (@home)till then to help healing process 0R medicine or mandating or anything would be greatly appreciated more than you know..
