Low Hb and Neutrophils post FCRchemo for CLL

Just wondering if others have experienced low HB and neutrophils post chemo. Finished chemo Sept 2018. Had a number of infections since which caused my neutrophils to drop significantly low. Had injections which did improve them, but now they down to 1.2 . Hb remains low even though bone marrow biopsy biopsy showed a good response to chemo.

There is something called late onset neutropenia, LON, after Rituxan, that can occur 6 months to a year after treatment...

Further your CD4+ T cell count, will be low for perhaps a year or more...

Counts will return, given time, I had Hgb in the low 60 range and zero neutrophils a year or so ago and now they are in normal range...

My husband had low HB and Neutrophils for 18months post FCR. He also had a number of infections, he is now 3yrs post FCR and still has the odd infection but on the whole very well.
