Adding photos in postings

How many photos can be added to a post? Will .PDF work or do I need JPEG?

My experience says only one .jpeg per original posting and none in replies to postings. .pdf s don't work at all.

Further to Len's reply, the site supports a range of image formats, but reduces the size of large images to speed loading time. It also strips out information that can be used to identify you, such as location information. So while you can publish several images by combining them into one image file, it may not be readable to others after the image size is reduced.

You can display a pdf document by first converting it to an image format. There are Web based converters, but privacy wise, you might prefer to use a phone app or computer application.

If you want to add more than one photo you can use an App such as PicPlayPost to combine photos into a collage. That will need to be done on your phone or device first.

Save it to your photo stream and then upload it to this site.
