This community supports those with CLL, not CML, so we don't have personal experience of CML bone marrow biopsy results. That said, Jm954 may be prepared to comment.
Hi, is that everything that it says? Is there a M:E ratio quoted or any comment about lymphoid cells?
In your previous post it appeared that both the myeloid and lymphoid cells were increased in the blood.
You father may have CML, the report would be similar to this. The abnormal and small megakaryocytes (dyspoietic) are not typical of CML but, more commonly, myelodysplasia. However, the report as you've posted it makes no mention of any other cell lines appearing dysplastic.
To confirm CML, a genetic test called BCR-ABL testing should be done and can be carried out on blood.
From this report I don't think you have the answers yet but some things have been excluded.
