My husband has been on Imbruvica for about 4 months and now has ringing in the ears. Is this normal side effect?

A number of patients have mentioned this.. advise your doctor. Most side effects are temporary.

It is probably tinnitus which can be a side effect of Ibrutinib. I have it mildly on Ibrutinib.

I have been on Ibrutinab/Imbruvica for about 8 months with good response and minimal sides except for some UTI’s. Within the last month I have noticed some marked tinnitus which interfered with my sleep just night. I don’t mind it when I’m not trying to sleep. Would like to hear of others experience with tinnitus and Ibrutinab/Imbruvica.
