What change your life
Some of the more extreme diets can be dangerous, but moderate balanced diet changes that help you keep fit and at normal weight can help. Careful coordination with your doctors, especially your CLL cancer expert is important to make certain it does not interfere with your treatment plan.
Vegan diets often cause weight loss, which can be helpful to some people but need careful attention to protein consumption to assure balance.

I am a vegetarian, mostly vegan, and have been for about 40 years, for moral reasons. I do drink more water instead of other sugar loaded beverages, but don't waste money on special waters. I also look out for preservatives as much as possible, and cut way back on salt. It didn't prevent my CLL and hasn't made a difference since my diagnosis. Read Lankisterguy's link.
It is a good idea to have your vitamin D and the B vitamins checked, and if deficient to work with your doctor to get them into a stable, healthy range. And exercise is important. Beyond that don't get caught up in the claims of individuals who have no concrete scientific evidence to back up their claims.
Eat a normal diet . My experience is that I tried all the others and it doesn’t change anything except it causes more anixety in what you eat or drink. If it doesn’t make you happy don’t eat it. Anna. Dx 2002 11q & 13q. Been on Imbruvica for 5 yrs.
I started exercising, focused on improving diet, took a vitamin D supplement (plus periodic monitoring of vitamin D & B levels), got appropriate labwork every 3 or 4 months (always seeing both oncologist & primary care), and added green tea and turmeric supplements. Six years on and I'm feeling mostly lucky & grateful as I'm feeling mostly healthy, probably healthier than I did when diagnosed. I also never freaked out from worry mostly due to the perspective that the science had advanced so much and keeps advancing in regards to effective treatment protocols.
Everyone has different results, even those with similar genetic markers, but hopefully you like me will be able to live your life fully while both of us will be able to live a full life.
Hi gemit2000.thanks for everything i want to write you a lot of thing but my english bad bad bad 😣thank u so much allah hepimize sağlık versin
In response to "allah hepimize sağlık versin"... same to you, having just googled my way to see you wished me good health! And as long as we can understand you, which everyone did your English is not even 1 'bad' let alone 3 'bads'. Be well.
Your English is better than my ability to speak or write in another language. The google translator is a big help in this age of computers, though it can come up with some funny mistakes sometimes. We understood your post, that's what's important. A couple of people post in English and their native language if they are unsure that their message is clear.
