Thanks Ladydi, for the link regarding this lady's journey with blood cancer. As has been mentioned in reply to your earlier postings, this woman had myeloma, which is from later in the B-lymphocyte lifecycle, so the relevance of her remission to us is questionable, given we know that there are different cellular mechanisms. However given Curcumin in Turmeric contains a range of chemicals that show apoptotic ability on CLL cells in test tube (in vitro) studies, there is hope that it may be active against CLL if it is possible to achieve high enough serum concentrations and the CLL stromal cell protection can be overcome. We just don't have human (in vivo) CLL clinical trial results unfortunately.
