Discuss it with your doctor. Likely the leukeran causing it, which is based on nitrogen mustard...
I have founded gelled baby oil to be helpful in the past.

Yep, on the same cocktail and feel i’ve metamorphosed into a lizard. It’s not just hands, my face is extremely dry and flaky, i’m getting through unbelievable amounts of moisturiser but it doesn’t seem to make much difference. I’m outdoors quite a lot and put it down to the cold and wind but helpful to know it could be the chlorambucil. Thanks for the tip Chris, off to my local pharmacy as soon as it opens. Starting cycle 6 next week so hopefully things might improve in the near future.
All the best

Whilst not on same drugs I had dry patches in a couple of fingers that cracked as well. I’m on Ibrutinib and Venetoclax. I discussed it with my consultant and as a first step hand cream was suggested. I bought Aveeno hand cream (not the cheapest) and it made a huge difference.
best, rob
Thanks Rob, something else to put on the shopping list, I have been using Neutrogena but don’t like the claggy feeling it leaves so will give Aveeno a try as well.
I get this with Ibrutinib, skin very dry and coarse, splits sometimes between fingers, Terry
All these treatments cause dry skin particularly on the hands and splitting cuticles. Try E45 cream over night and use rubber gloves. Put lots of cream on your hands and in gloves. Three nights in a row and your hands will be as they used to be. At the first sign do it again before it gets bad and one night should be enough.
Yes, skin is very dry, fingers crack open and hurt. I use Okeefs working hands cream.
