Fractional chemo?

Anyone ever hear of it? Heard it's less costly, milder, less side effects.

You mean Fractionated chemotherapy? Its not used in CLL as far as I know .. there was a FCR lite a few years ago, but its not used much either.

Ii is a standard dose delivered in smaller amounts over a longer period of time. It used in some solid tumor cancers, and delivered by a pump.

Fractionated chemo has been looked at for cyclophosphamide in RCHOP for Richter's, but toxicity was higher and didn't offer much advantage...

I think high dose methylprednisone for 17p- deleted was fractioned, but its gone out of use, some time ago.
