Have you been checked for a bladder infection - urinalysis and culture? You might need a Urologist to check the bladder itself (cystoscopy) if there is no infection. It could be something as simple as the bladder being slightly irritated by one of your meds. I hope you find an answer.

I too suffer from bladder pressure, I have a urologist and they have checked everything and bladder issues can be a side affect of the Imbruvica. I constantly would test positive for infection, but in the last few months I have been on a small dose of Diazepam at bedtime and low dose of antibiotics, that has resolved the issue.
