Hi All

We had a few days in London this week went to see Kinky Boots at the Adelphi - based on a Northampton Shoe maker it was very funny we enjoyed it then out for a meal it was a nice break, did I think about CLL no not at all, we even went into the Savoy hotel and decided to go joyriding in the lift which was fun it's a lovely lift ,the following day a French restaurant, wine and Sunshine oh happy days.

Best wishes to all

Well done, Jules. love the idea of you travelling up and down in the Savoy lift (how the other half live! Bet they'd have charged you given the chance!). The show sounds good.

We just walked in the back of the Hotel, meet someone who asked if we were staying in the hotel we said no as it's to expensive we were at the Strand Palace across the road. :-)

My husband is an endurance rider Jules. I think he is still struggling in silence on some days. He's only told immediate family of a his diagnosis, none of his riding partners. How I wish he could accompany you on a nice long ride.

Hi Kiannjo

Endurance rider and living in the states, we must be talking huge mileage ?

Don't worry we all have days like that and cycling is the therapy we need it put's us right.

I have told a few people about the Cll and some I wish I hadn't and I guess 4000 plus on this site so only a few :-)

Take care and tell your husband to keep on rolling
