I have worn one for around twelve months. My main reason for having it is to track my heart rate and my steps. Knowing how lazy you have been throughout a day, really does encourage you to 'move'. I do occasionally check the sleep results but doubt the accuracy.

I'm not sure about the privacy aspect but I have found it really helpful.

Many thanks for this insight - I have one on my Christmas wish list in an effort to keep active as I did the Global Corporate Challenge in May and miss it dearly! May I also say thank you to all on this site for the support hope and encouragement you have passed on to me (although at times you will not have known it!) from the moment I was diagnosed in October. I wish you all a very happy and healthy Christmas and a bright 2017 :)
