I just did some blood tests (for a series of CTs) and the Lipemic and Hemolytic values were very very low. Did some research and didn't understand a word!
Can anyone out there explain those indexes for me please?

I suggest you read " understanding your cll blood tests" posted 2 days ago cll Canada. This might help you.

These values need to be properly assessed by your medical team...

I had never heard of these tests before. I found nothing about them on the 3 big U.S. lab company websites - Quest, Labcorp, and ARUP - nor on labtestsonline.org. I don't think they are typically reported in the U.S.
So I gambled, and I asked the Googlebird, I ended up with this odd result - from a a major American university veterinary web site:
eclinpath.com/chemistry/int...
The 2 indices appear to be simple numbers that try to indicate the quality of other test results. Low would seem to be good. They would not appear to be directly related to the CT or CLL.
Googling on:
"hemolytic index" lab instrument
I found that they are indeed quality control tests of the blood sample:
rochediagnostics.fr/Htdocs/...
Some labs may decide to report things that other labs may not report to the patient. The lab instrument operator may still see these numbers, though, and either re-run the sample, or reject the results.
To be sure, though, ask the doctor that ordered them for an explanation.
