The comprehensive InPractice reference for diagnosing, monitoring and treating CLL is regularly updated, with the latest update incorporating the addition of ofatumumab to idelalisib in patients with relapsed/refractory CLL plus the initial results from HELIOS trial of ibrutinib added to BR. The authors are Jacqueline Barrientos and Kanti Rai, (of Rai CLL staging fame).
