Follow Feature Enhancement - you can now opt out of being followed

The recently introduced Follow function allows you to:

1) Follow posts of interest

2) Follow the contributions of selected members

Members that would prefer other members not to follow their contributions can now disable that feature through their Account Settings page. That page is reached by selecting your username in the green menu and opening the Account page or going here: healthunlocked.com/settings

Go down to almost the bottom of that page and you'll see:

Privacy

[x] Allow other users to follow me

Unselect that and 'Save changes" and other members will not be able to follow all your contributions. They will still be able to follow a specific post you've made by selecting:

+ Follow post below your post, however.
